Contract Breeding and Embryo Manipulation Service:
Zebrafish embryos are cultured using E3 medium specifically formulated for embryonic development. Water quality is maintained under controlled conditions: temperature at 25–30 °C, pH 6.8–8.0, conductivity 200–550 µS/cm, dissolved oxygen >6 ppm, and ammonia (NH₃/NH₄⁺) <0.5 mg/L.
Fertilized zebrafish embryos are handled and cultured under stable conditions up to 7 days post-fertilization (7 dpf).
Capacity per run: 300 to 1,000 embryos or more.
