標準液量100~200ul, 排水後每個孔最低液量為20~30ul可維持觀察拍照操作。

建議材料與設備需求 Materials and equipment:
- 孵化3~6天的去卵膜斑馬魚幼仔魚(Hatching zebrafish larvae, 3~6dpf )
- 水平低速離心機(Horizontal rortor centrifuge)
- 三卡因甲磺酸(Tricaine mesylate)
使用方法 Method for application:
- 將去卵膜斑馬魚幼仔魚放置於每個孔盤中，每個孔僅可放置一隻斑馬魚幼仔魚。建議每孔液面加到1/3(100ul)~2/3(200ul)
Place the zebrafish in each holes, only one zebrafish per hole can be placed. The liquid level of each hole is recommanded to be at 1/3(100ul) ~2/3(200ul) - 加入少量三卡因做輕微麻醉
Add tricaine mesylate to anesthetize zebrafish - 搖動孔盤
Shake the plate gently - 將孔盤放置水平離心機內。轉速1000轉5秒鐘
Place the plate into horizontal rotor centrifuge, the centrifugal speed is 1000rpm and the time is 5secs - 離心後斑馬魚應平躺於孔盤橢圓孔槽內(液體體積約30ul)，可以用tip翻轉斑馬魚進行拍照
After centrifugation, the zebrafish should lie on its side in the hole for image acquisition.
